Man arrested after allegedly trying to deliver heroin and other drugs to Adelaide medi-hotel

A man who allegedly attempted to deliver heroin and other drugs concealed in food delivery bags to an Adelaide medi-hotel has been arrested.

SA Police said the 27-year-old man went to the hotel carrying two food delivery bags, claiming he was there to deliver food to people quarantining at the hotel on Wednesday night.

Police say there were no receipts or details attached to the bags, and when they were searched, small amounts of heroin and other drugs were found.
